Nice big new clean room.next to pool. Freindly staff. Super comfortable bed. Good pillow. Can easily spend the day here and not feel you have to go anywhere.

Very large and clean room. The property is welcoming, and the breakfast is of good quality. John, the owner, together with his son, are Very nice people and pleasant to talk to. Excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit.

Location and setting are perfect for a very relaxing stay. Lovely bungalows surrounding a good sized pool. Very quiet, yet just 5 minute walk to the beach, surf and hustle and bustle of the main Hikkaduwa beach road with numerous restaurants and bars.

Such a quiet & relaxing environment, and the pool was amazing!! Everyone on the property was so accommodating and friendly!!
