Brilliant location as a base for exploring the Lakes. House was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the stream and garden were an added bonus!

We especially enjoyed the river at the bottom of the garden. It was nice and quiet.

We had amazing time!!!! We loved the place I have to say We come every year to Lake District and this place is definitely a place We will come back to. Kids had planty of space, lovely garden with a river(loved my morning coffee there) very quiet and relaxing place. Definitely recommend!!!!!!
