Beautiful cottage, lovely location with fantastic views, owner of property was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had a lovely stay

Great place to stay! Lovely rural location with a view of all 3 Yorkshire Peaks. Fantastic landscape when driving to visit various places of interest. It feels remote - but isn't very far from Lancaster. The cottage was comfortable - with a wood-burning stove inside - and a firepit outside. We went with another family, which worked well. They had 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom on one staircase. Our room, with its own bathroom, was on another staircase. Our room offered a super kingsize bed - or two singles - also with a sofabed. Our host, Karen, was lovely, welcoming and helpful.
