The customer service was amazing! So amazing that we might come back one day. John especially did a great job!! The pool was nice and peaceful. The room was fancy and to our liking and breakfast was good. We both got breakfast sandwiches to our liking +fruit and my boyfriend brought them up to the room to enjoy. It also was a plus that there was complimentary coffee and tea at all times in the lobby, that we found great. Would definitely recommend.

We made a return visit to BW Hickory, for this summer. My wife has family in the area and we use this visit for some family time. Best Western Hickory is our favorite motel in the area. The staff treat us like family. We enjoy the breakfast area, and our room is clean and comfortable. We asked for a room near the pool and were accommodated. We enjoyed using the pool which was also cleaned daily and tended to. We had a very pleasant visit and even extended our stay two extra days. We are looking forward to returning.
