The location is good, in terms of amenities, off camp. i .e . There is a pub at the top of the lane that is both dog friendly and reasonable priced. The staff are very friendly ( The Duke of Rothesay). Right near half moon cafe where parking is very reasonable. If the weather is on your side, the beaches offer fabulous walks ... There are plenty of nice views and rock pools to explore with younger children or intrigued adults. Morecambe is just a short drive away. Morecambe, the beach is more of a sandy texture. Plenty shops to visit with a few amusements to go to. Some of which are dog friendly. The Lady, Lucy, who is your point of contact when booking a stay at Rivington Lodge, is very good in terms of communicating with. Any queries or questions, she is very responsive and quick considering that she isn't on site. The caravan is clean and equipped for a short stay at Morecambe. We were a family of 5 staying with a small dog. It was a squeeze for us, so I would book for an additional bedroom next time. Just to give a more comfortable feel. This is more than comfortable for a family of 4.

The lady k dealt with couldn’t do enough for us, went above and beyond with a late checkout on mother’s day and was happy to accommodate us for another night if needed. Everything we needed was there and more! The caravan was impeccably clean. We stay here quite often and will never stay with anyone else it was brilliant.

A lovely lodge in a well equipped Parkdean Park. Easy key access and a wonderful clean fresh instant home for us. Close to the club house and wonderful beach areas
