A wonderful location on a ridge top with views into valleys on both sides. We heard curlews and saw amazing sunsets. We loved having breakfast on the patio and having two good showers was brilliant.

Country outlook and location are fantastic, also liked the fact that there were 8 single beds available. Hot water and heating were instant.

g location within the grounds of “Britain’s most scenic racecourse“. We were able to watch two electrical storms 100 miles away to the north and south AND see shooting stars from the Perseids meteor shower, on the same night. The rooms were clean, comfortable and simply decorated. The kitchen was small but serviceable and the two shower rooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Check in and out we're straightforward and privacy was excellent.
