The fine print
Any type of extra bed or child's cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed prior to guest arrival.Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Children between the ages of 6 & 16 are able to use the swimming pool at restricted times and must always be accompanied by an adult. The restricted times are 10:00 - 12 noon & 14:00 - 16:45.Spa use is included on your arrival day for guests enjoying a bed and breakfast, or dinner bed and breakfast package. Spa use is not included at any time when booking a room only ratePlease note, guests who book the dinner, bed & breakfast rate category will enjoy a GBP 49 food allowance per person from our menu in the Hotel Restaurant.Please note that this property does not accept group reservations of 4 rooms or more. Guests are advised to contact the hotel for any group inquiries.Please note, no children under 12 years of age allowed in the restaurant after 18:00.Spa access for room only guests can be added from 3 pm check in, until 11 am check out for £40 per person.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Plenty of Parking, quick and easy check in, staff really friendly and helpful, it’s clean and you can see they are spending money on the place keeping it mostly updated, room was a good size, bed and mattress very comfortable, great to have a door to go outside

The breakfast was really lovely with loads of choice and upmarket ingredients. Service was excellent too. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The pool was great and once again staff went the extra mile.
