The fine print
Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.On Saturdays and Jewish holidays, check-in is only available after 20:00. Please note that the pool is open from April until November. Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by adults. The room was spacious with plenty of space/shelves to unpack. The bed was a good size and comfortable. The bathroom arrangement with separate cubicles for the shower and toilet was excellent. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly when asked. The breakfast was enormous with a huge variety and good quality. The location was great, right on the beach. Local shops and the marina were just a few minutes walk. The station could be walked though not advisable with suitcases. We also walked to the Apollonia national park. We enjoyed the pool, jaccuzi and saunas.
