Room recently redecorated. Mattress too soft and rolled into each other, only had a really cold weather doona and we got too hot. Room recently refurbished

Rooms were clean and comfortable and well decorated.. Only a few units available as undergoing major renovations due to flooding, but the Hotel carried on as best they could under the trying circumstsnces.

Undergoing refurbishment and there is still more work to be done but our room was nice and modern. Bathroom was finished out nicely and this time of year the reverse cycle ac worked a treat. Better than another nearby large hotel chain that only had a small oil heater that did nothing. Staff were really good.

Brand new spacious room, large bathroom, very clean. We even received drink vouchers for the bistro. Friendly staff. Excellent value for the price we paid.
