Our property is designed for genuine travelers and does not provide accommodations to people with a residential address within the same local government area. Please contact the property prior to booking. All guests must check in with a valid international passport. Driver licences or national IDs will not be accepted.Guests are required to bring valid credit card for a AUD 25 deposit, which covers any potential lost key charges. Please note that guests above 40 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. It has a pool which is an instantly benefit especially if you are only here due to K’Gari like us. We had such a fun and relaxing pool day while waiting for our Greyhound bus at night. We loved the new staff member (guy from Lincolnshire) he was super lovely and incredibly helpful to us. It was a good vibe where you were able to keep to yourself or be social if you wanted. Everything was super clean and I felt very comfortable making food in the kitchen. The free breakfast was great and they even had waffles! It started just in time for us to get some before our tour picked us up. The outside area was great, including a barbecue, comfortable seating, a volleyball net and hammocks. It was across the street from a very good Thai place.
