The biggest added value was the staff, we felt very at home right from the moment we arrived. And the food was delicious specialy in Elia and Rodies restaurants...

Best holiday for years with my two children (22 and 20) thanks to the wonderful location and staff. So friendly, welcoming and helpful from start to end. I loved the breakfast and food in general. Particular highlights: amazing massages with wonderful Anna; fun aqua gym; evening entertainment; and fab drinks made by lovely Mano and Manos. We will definitely be back ❤️🇬🇷❤️

Our stay at Village Heights Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Despite arriving late due to a delayed flight, check-in was smooth and stress-free. A lovely touch was being taken to our room by golf buggy – a charming and convenient start to our stay. We booked a Junior Suite with a kitchenette, which turned out to be perfect for our needs. The bed was large and very comfortable, with extra pillows available if needed. The room was well air-conditioned, and we were shown how to adjust the settings with ease. We especially loved the private balcony, which offered beautiful views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The décor was simple and tasteful, and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious – my only minor critique would be the use of a shower curtain, but that’s just a personal preference. The resort pools were pristine and inviting, with pleasantly warm water that didn’t have a strong chemical smell. An attentive lifeguard was always on duty, which was reassuring. If there’s one suggestion, it would be to extend the pool hours beyond 10am–6pm. We also really enjoyed the mini golf course and the giant chess set – great fun and a nice touch. The resort grounds are beautifully maintained, filled with fragrant herbs and fruit trees. Cat lovers will be especially pleased to know there’s even a dedicated cat café with a few friendly feline residents roaming around – a unique and heartwarming feature. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that changed daily, and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. A special treat was the smoked salmon and champagne served on Sundays – a lovely indulgence. We took advantage of the spa offer – a complimentary 15-minute massage when booking a treatment. We chose the Cretan massage, and it was honestly one of the best we’ve ever had.

Amazing staff, highly professional and very friendly! Took care of us exceptionally well. Small touches like checking in with us about our stay, and considerations when we were leaving and what we would need to get to the airport made the stay even more fantastic.
