The concierge/guest service ( specially Chrysa ) was great! took personal care of us and attended to our every need. Service everywhere was great. Gym and SPA were one of the best I have seen. Same with the private sandy beach.

The layout was fantastic, with all rooms close to the lobby, pool and beach. There are also a number of golf buggies that operate around the resort. I don’t know how they do it, but we never weighted more than a few minutes every time. The food was also superb, one of the best breakfasts we have had, with a combination of table service and buffet, very high quality fresh produce and selection of items. The two restaurants (Meatin Point and Eternal blue) were also excellent with very high quality meat and seafood, The beach setup is the best we have ever had at any 5* hotel, white sandy beaches with free cabanas with a sofa and beds. A push of a button and staff would immediately come over and take orders. The rooms were also great and very luxurious. Each one had its own private pool which we loved to have a swim in before breakfast and at the end of the day. The TV on the bathroom and Bluetooth sound system were also a nice touch. Above all else what really stood out for us was the quality of the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to always make sure everything was taken care of. Special thanks the to Sophia, the Front desk and Guest Relations manager who made our stay extra special.
