The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When we arrived we received a cold towel and welcome drinks while we were checking in. The receptionist upgraded our room which was very kind however unfortunately that room had a faulty door. When we reported this to the reception and requested a room in the main building the reception team were amazing and very accommodating. We were provided with an even better room. Of course we were lucky and I know every traveller may not experience this but regardless the staff listened to our needs and provided us with what they could. There is a lot of variety when it comes to the buffet food and the a la carte restaurants. As my family and I have dietary needs the restaurant staff were very understanding and accommodating. We were also able to order dishes in advance. The beach was really close to the resort about a minute away. This resort is perfect for a relaxing all inclusive holiday and family friendly. Thank you very much to the team at Mitsis Selection Laguna for a wonderful stay :).

The hotel is simply perfect! The food was absolutely amazing - the variety, the freshness, and the abundance were beyond expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and genuine interest. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and cared for. Truly the best hotel in the world, and without a doubt, we will be returning!

This was my third time at this hotel in the past 15 years, and once again it was a truly wonderful experience. The maintenance is excellent, the pools and facilities are fantastic, and the staff is simply outstanding. We made advance reservations for each of the hotel’s five restaurants, enjoying a different one every night, and always finished the evening at the Creperie by the pool. We even visited it several times a day, thanks to Jimmy who was there every evening and gave us exceptional service – Jimmy, you made our vacation unforgettable! The hotel also offers four pools, a main dining hall, five restaurants, a dessert restaurant, top-quality video games, and daily entertainment. Every evening there’s a show by the kids’ pool, and on Thursdays there’s an impressive pool party with fireworks. The grounds are huge, beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and lovely lighting – a real pleasure to walk through in the evenings.
