We were satisfied with the friendly staff at the hotel, the food was very tasty and there was a wide variety. Overall impression of the hotel – new and nice. The hotel was very close to the airport, convenient when traveling with children. The hotel had its own car rental, and cars were available even on the same morning when we decided to go somewhere.

As a couple we spent 10 days at Elios Hill and it was by far the most relaxing vacation that we have had. From the friendly staff at the reception and the restaurants, the cart drivers who gave us a lift to our room, the staff in the spa to the bartending team at the bars, we only met helpful and friendly people. The rooms are spacious, clean, the design is lovely, the water pressure is strong and they are also very sound proof. It’s close to the neighbouring picturesque town as well. Special thanks to Anastazia, Ioannis, Nikoletta and Eyad, the team in the cloud bar, for every delicious drink, for everything they did for us and all the delightful conversations that we had, they made our trip truly special and made us feel welcomed. I would 100% suggest to anyone who visits this hotel to go spend their evenings at the cloud bar for not just the view, entertainments and cocktails but because team there will brighten your day make you feel like family. The food is also exceptional at the buffet and at the Mexican, Creten and Japanese restaurants. There’s a huge variety of very tasty food and drinks at every meal. The hotel has an adults only pool, which was perfect for us but there is also a huge pool for those who come with children. We also used the gym and spa services multiple times and loved them. The scenery of the whole complexum is beautiful. I especially love that the hotel has their own app with all the necessary information that you will need during your stay and that there are many water stations where you can refill your cup with warm or cold water. I have to mention that the hotel manager is also a very professional and kind gentlemen.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the variety was great. Lots of entertainment for the children too. Special shout out to Joanna at guest relations who made the access to the tour from the hotel so easy.

The staff, the place the entertainment for adults and kids were great, albeit end of the season. The place is really clean. The staff are always happy to say hello and help around. They made a great gesture for our anniversary and we really appreciated it.
