Where do I begin! The property is maintained to an incredibly high standard. The common areas are spotless, bright and airy, and the rooms are cleaned to perfection. The property is in the perfect location, on a quiet road so you can get ultimate relaxation by the pool, and only a few minutes stroll to the busy strip of Hersonissos if you’re looking for nightlife! The staff are the real credit to this property, from day one we were so welcomed in by everyone who works here. They should be so proud of themselves as each one of them brings an exceptional standard of care to their work. From the hardest working chef who made the best food we ate on our holiday, to the amazing staff who always tended to our every need, to the amazing hotel manager Maria, who makes it her duty to speak to every single hotel patron and make sure their stay is going well, the hotel staff truly shine in this hotel. The hotel food was the best we’ve ever had, and the breakfast baskets kept us well fed throughout our stay! We loved that we could have it in our room or by the pool, a lovely touch! The small boutique style of this hotel makes it the ideal location as you have the luxury of a hotel, without the busy crowds of a larger competitor. We never needed to rush for beds by the pool as there were always some available every single day, true relaxation. From the day we arrived to the day we left, we received the most amazing service, we were allowed to have our room for slightly longer to fresher up for our flight home, which was so appreciated. Maria helped us book a taxi to go to the airport, and she stayed on site at the hotel right up until the taxi came, when her shift had ended. If you’re thinking about staying here, please do.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. This is not just a hotel; it's an absolute oasis of luxury and tranquility on the Crete coast. The entire experience was seamless, and much of that credit goes to the phenomenal staff, particularly Maria, the manager. Maria is the heart and soul of this establishment. She greeted us with genuine warmth and managed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Whether it was a personalized dinner recommendation, arranging a private excursion, or simply stopping to chat and ensure our stay was perfect, Maria’s dedication to guest satisfaction is truly remarkable- decorating the room and arranging the birthday cake by the pool for my wife was just spectacular! Her professionalism, combined with her friendly and approachable demeanor, sets an incredibly high standard for the entire team. Our Penthouse Room with Outdoor Jacuzzi & Sea View was breathtaking. It was spacious, impeccably decorated with a chic, modern Mediterranean style, and offered an incredible view. The amenities were top-tier—a supremely comfortable bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a private jacuzzi, expansive terrace that became our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt, ensuring our room felt fresh and welcoming. The restaurant offered exquisite Greek and international cuisine, with fresh, local ingredients taking center stage. The breakfast was the most lavish spread we have ever seen, featuring everything from traditional pastries to made-to-order specialties and delivered straight to our room at the desired time. Maria’s hospitality is the main reason we loved our stay. Check-in was super flexible and easy. The breakfast was excellent, with bacon, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, pastries, and vegan option. The team was helpful and friendly, and everything in our room was perfect. The hotel is not located on the coastline, so the surroundings are not crowded at night, which gave us a good night’s sleep. It’s within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and beaches. 10 out of 10!
