Excellent, good location, great beach and pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice size and in peak season didn’t feel overcrowded, lots space and facilities available. Good all inclusive package. Great week overall.

The service, the hotel staff, and the hospitality were simply excellent. We came as a family for four days and enjoyed every moment.

Everything was excellent and far exceeded our expectations: the setting, the private pool, the food, the entertainment – especially the children’s activities run by Dawid, who is truly an exceptional person. This high standard applied to the entire staff: the reception ladies, the waiters, the housekeeping team… all were impeccable, with one single exception – the head chef. From a technical standpoint, his work was flawless: the food was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. However, he would be better off sticking to the technical side, as his behavior lacked courtesy and respect towards guests – or at least towards me. Not only did he ignore greetings and friendly remarks, but his sometimes arrogant attitude caught us off guard on several occasions. The most unfortunate incidents happened on two consecutive evenings: while I was waiting in line for the main course, he served everyone ahead of me, but as soon as my turn came, he skipped me and served the person behind instead. The first time, I overlooked it, but the second was unmistakable. Perhaps he realized it, as he threw me a “Sorry” in a rather condescending tone. Such small but inappropriate gestures unnecessarily dampen the mood of a guest who has traveled for hours seeking rest and peace. Aside from this note, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and congratulate the entire team – except the aforementioned person – for the quality of their service.

The staff were absolutely amazing. We had a few issues, but they were always happy to help. Every staff member greeted you with a smile every day.
