The extreme friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, in particular the general manager. Wonderful room, very good breakfast in a comfortable breakfast room with enough tables and nice decoration. Very clean and welcoming hotel!

Extremely friendly staff, rooms are very spacious, very well equipped. Breakfast is very good too. Excellent service overall! Also location is brilliant within walking distance of the Metro
