Beautiful apartment, on the ski slope. Spacious, clean and warm. The kitchen is well equipped. Balcony with a view of the mountains. The host Philipp is very helpful and available at any time.

Philipp is a great host, respected our privacy and made sure to answer all our questions. The appartment is located 45 seconds from the slopes and is super spacious, under the appartment is a bar that works till 18:00 and an Italian pizzeria that works till 22:00. Unfortunatelly no shops for fresh bread in the morning in Sonnleitn.

Very nice apartment, balcony with a view, very helpful host. Heated skiroom, garage available. Good location, close to skilift. The infrasauna in the living room is nice and fun :)

As avid winter sports enthusiasts, we have been coming to Nassfeld for several years in a row to ski and snowboard. We occasionally switch locations and ended up at this cottage this year. It has just been renovated. We weren't exactly sure what to expect, but it was excellent, better than all the previous cottages we have stayed in. Everything is provided in the cottage, including an infrared sauna in the living room, so you can relax wonderfully at the end of a day of exertion without needing to go to a remote space for it. We had a wonderful time here, eating and sleeping. The slope is literally a 30-meter walk away. There's a ski storage downstairs and a lift in the building. The owner is super friendly. We didn't have a kettle since we are one of the first guests since the renovation. He immediately sent this to us via a package. Communication went smoothly. The car was in the parking garage (also very nice when there's snow and ice). There are six beds in the cottage, enough for a whole family. We are definitely considering renting this again if we go to Nassfeld next year. All in all, a solid ten.
