Ann is a fantastic host, It’s lovely to be greater by a friendly, happy host. We had a balcony room, the sun was shining and I happened to say it’s a shame I didn’t bring a bottle of wine. Anne had the problem sorted straight away and we happily sat and enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco 🥂

Sadly, no breakfast! Location was good; close to local shop and only ten minutes walk into city centre.
