Staff were friendly and nice to us especially when my daughter was throwing tantrums. Kitchen served delicious meals. I had a great stay and 40th birthday celebration, my pictures looked very lovely because of the aesthetics. Overall, I had a lovely time and hope to be back someday.

Hotel is well maintained and nice equipped. That was our second time visiting Palmon Bay and to be honest, we’re already planning the next one. Everything is on the pretty high level. A fully recommended from my experience!

The best thing about the hotel is spa center. The indoor swimming pool was nice and clean, and the water temperature was comfortable. Jacuzzi was simply perfect, we really enjoyed it. The room was ok, all looked new, and the complimentary macarons on our arrival felt like a really nice touch. I also liked pastry at the breakfast.

Nice hotel, easy access. Clean and modern. Receptionists could be more happy to help, not really showing any personality or eagerness to assist. Restaurants workers very helpful and kind!
