Αmazing short stay at Heraklion. I was upgraded to a sea-view room. The room was spectacular with great amenities and really really comfortable. The staff was very welcoming Due to the fact that it was a short time visit (1 night) before heading to my base in Crete I added HB to my reservation. The food and service at Brillant Restaurant was top notch as well as the breakfast the morning after. Totally recommended for your stay at Heraklion

Every thing,really every thing was so nice,location is in downtown,we arrived from airport with public bus near there,and very near to port,we have got the standard room,but they upgraded our room to a big room with balcony with sea view,breakfast was so full,they prepared for us pick up breakfast in the last day due to our early check in for going to port,Staffs are so kind and nice,the manager that i wrote to him was so helpfull,and specially thank you to Ms Daniella,in the reception,for a very good vibes and kindness of her that accepted our luggages 2 days before our check in for that we could come to Rethymno and Chania with a small back pack,Thank you so much Ms Daniella,nice talking to you☺️🖐,all of you really are the best🙏🍀❤️
