Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, welcome wine and rather quiet neighbourhood. Parking 10m away is a great asset!

Excellent location and friendly staff who were very helpful in recommending a local car rental company to us (who then dropped off the car at the hotel). We were given a complimentary bottle of wine which we enjoyed. Good shower and comfortable bed. 15 mins walk into the town centre and 5 mins walk to the bus to Knossos.

I always stay in Kipos when I go to Heraklion. The location is excellent and it is so convenient to have free parking. All the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the facilities of the suites are excellent and the price is very affordable
