I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews of this place. It does the job for a short stay. Stayed for one night. The bed is comfy. You can’t drink the tap water in Heraklion so you needed to buy water from the supermarket across the road. Bed was comfy, it was quiet, breakfast was good (they had hard boiled eggs). It’s a fairly easy 15 min walk from the ferry port. Staff were nice and 12pm check out was great timing for our bus.

Best front desk staff ever—very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Good breakfast. Good common outdoor space.
