Although we had made our reservation taking into consideration the availability of an elevator, as one member of our group was an older lady with mobility difficulties, we were initially assigned to a building without elevator access. However, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Even though her shift had already ended, she went out of her way to arrange a room change for the lady with mobility issues. We truly appreciate her professionalism, care, and willingness to help. Thank you very much!

Exceptional Stay – Sparkling Clean & Fully Equipped! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations, particularly when it comes to hygiene and room amenities. Cleanliness is a top priority here. The room was absolutely spotless; there wasn't a speck of dust on the furniture, and the linens felt fresh and crisp. The bathroom was gleaming, with sanitized surfaces and polished fixtures that made me feel instantly comfortable.
