There was no breakfast provided but I don’t think that was in the advertisement? The location was lovely and quiet, beds and couch super comfortable. Home is beautifully decorated.

The location was excellent and the property was very nice and clean! The view from all rooms was very beautiful! Loved being within walking distance of Hepburn Springs and Daylesford.

Location was amazing. So beautiful to look out onto the bush and enjoy breakfast outside in the sunshine. The house had all the small details covered. Fly spray, bubble bath, bath salts, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Basic food items provided, salt, oil tea, coffee etc
