I mistakenly booked this accommodation thinking it was in the heart of Henley on Thames and discovered it was in an even better location right in the countryside. Not having a car meant we had to get a taxi to the property but it was worth it! The attention and service displayed by Paul was exceptional.

The venue was beautiful and quaint. The meals were outstanding. However the room itself was not serviced in our 2 night stay and dirty coffee cups, water glasses were not removed or replenished. The staff were attentive for the first night, however there was a wedding at the venue for the 2nd night and we were completely ignored for breakfast (no table was available and service was shocking). So while the facility is great, the service and level of attention from staff was lacking.
