This is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. Spacious, modern and idyllic. The setting is mature and wooded with decking and picnic table for outdoor dining or drinks. Inside is fitted with all mod-cons, very nicely decorated, and it is the perfect haven for any traveller in this part of England. Would recommend it very highly.

Location very peaceful & restful. Despite staying due to close family bereavement we found the cottage a very welcome haven

Had a fabulous stay! The cottage had everything we needed and in a nice quite location, but within easy driving distance of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Royal Leamington Spa. Julian couldn't have done enough for us. There was a power cut due to extremely high winds and a tree coming down whilst we were there and Julian came to our rescue with camping lights and assisted us with lighting the wood burner in the cottage. All was sorted very quickly and due to the help we received didn't affect our stay at all. Thank you Julian for everything.
