This property is beautifully furnished with spacious living area and kitchen overlooking fields in rural Warwickshire. There is a patio to relax and enjoy the view, often a deer in the field. Our Host,Sally provided some goodies to greet us after a long flight, and very helpful. Beds very comfy , rooms with great on suite showers. We were here for a family occasion and able to walk to the local pub to meet other family members. The Stratford Canal is at the bottom of the hill, great for walking and exploring the countryside. Will recommend this gem to anyone wanting a country retreat a short drive to Warwick , Warwick Castle, Stratford on Avon, and National Trust Houses.

this property is perfect for a country retreat in a beautiful village , walking distance to pub and beautiful views. accommodation exceptional. Clean, comfy, with everything you could want. our Host Sally couldn't have been more helpful. She also provided bread, milk, and some tasty treats to greet us. A perfect start to our honeymoon.
