Location was fantastic for the Swan Valley area. Midland only 20 odd minutes away and Perth city wouldn't be that much longer depending obviously on the traffic.

Everything, spacious house that was perfect for 4 adults, having another lounge area was a great bonus too. It was fully equipped with all that you needed. We would love to stay again on our next visit as the Brabham estate was lovely. Make sure to visit the Crooked Spire cafe that's a 5 min walk away.

The host is extremely hospitable and kind. She provided us with basic groceries and necessities which was a pleasant surprise on landing at night after a 23hr trip. The property is neat, clean and well looked after. It is a lovely, warm home away from home 😊

Awesome location for us as we do all our shopping close to this end of Perth when we drive in from rural WA. This is a lovely new home with fantastic beds, lovely kitchen and lounge. Quiet area and nice to have a garage.
