The fine print
To reach the property, guests can take HST train to Zuoying Station and:
1. take the property shuttle (surcharge ans reservation needed).
2. take Kenting express to Herng Chuen and take free shuttle to the property. (Please contact the property after getting tickets. This service is not available for group.)The property provides chargeable shuttle service to National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium, South Beach and Kenting Shopping Street. Guests who wish to use the service are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.Every room can free accommodate maximum 1 extra child under 3 years old or whose height is lower than 110 cm. No extra breakfast is offered.

Eraldo “Great for the kids but could do with better maintainance”

Staff went over and above and we liked that there lots of activities and facilities for the kids. That said facilities are a bit dated and could be better maintained. Also pool opening times are strange: kids pool only opens at 10 and all pools are closed 12 to 2pm. Finally you need a car to go anywhere as it’s pretty isolated

The hotel is starting to show it's age but all in all it's a nice place! The kids were having great fun!
