I have stayed in several accommodations in Hemsby, with different holiday companies, or private chalet owners, but I have to say that this one has been my favourite. Over the years I have built up my own personal "Kitchen Kit" for stuff that holiday chalets and caravan owners (or companies) don't think we need, therefore do not provide them - these are things like a working tin opener, bottle opener, scissors that will cut more than just paper, measuring jugs or cups, sharp knives and mugs (rather than tiny cups), but I can honestly say that I didn't need any of these items from my kit because they were available in the property. The bedrooms were a good size, the double bed was comfortable (I can't speak for the bunks as I was holidaying solo) and the sofas were lovely and cosy to settle down on in the evening with my glass of wine and book. I used the wardrobe in the twin (bunk bed) room, but the double bedroom does have hangers, just not a wardrobe; there are plenty of drawers for your clothes, I took a handful of my hangers but did not need them because there was plenty in the wardrobe and on the hooks; the bathroom was amply sized and there was toilet roll provided (thankfully as that is something I forgot); the kitchen area was plenty big enough for me to potter about and cook my dinner - there is a full-sized fridge, cooker and a decent microwave, plus a host of kitchen utensils; I didn't watch the TV but it was there if I'd wanted to. There are a few solar lights outside the front of the chalet, which was helpful, as well as the tree - otherwise, I may have driven straight past it (I have a terrible sense of direction). Parking outside the chalet is no problem, plus if it's raining the chalet has lovely hard flooring and a good door mat, so you're not walking grass into the property. I loved the little decorations, lamps and pictures, it made it so homely.
