The location of the apartments was excellent for our purpose (a family event and a trip to London). They are also easy to find and close to Hemel station and shops. Each apartment was well equipped, including tea/coffe/milk and breakfast cereals and it was great to have facilities for our grandchildren. The beds were comfy with super bed linen and there were enough towels (this doesn't always happen!). Parking was useful. Even though the building is on a busy road it was quiet enough and the fans in each room were brilliant on such a hot weekend. Communication with the owner and staff was easy and efficient with any issues dealt with promptly.

We stayed 4 days in this excellent apartment in Hemel Hempstead with our family. Martin was very accommodating, allowing us early access for a small additional fee, and arrived promptly to hand over the keys. He explained everything clearly and quickly set up separate beds for our kids. The apartment was spotless and very well-equipped, including an iron, washing machine, and even coffee, milk, and tea. The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was especially convenient. The central location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the town center, situated in a modern, new building. Highly recommended!

First, thank you Martin for meeting us and the warm welcome. The apartment is very clean,spacious,light, and warm. Well equipped with washing machine, iron, and lovely lovely fridge freezer.Thank you for milk and water on arrival, lovely touch. Bedding clean and plenty of room. Beds and seating comfortable. Bathroom also fantastic...we were generally delighted. So close to the town and so many walking spaces in the area. Definitely would visit again.
