Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.Please note that to use the pools, bar, restaurant and the many great facilities guests must pay for a pass at reception on arrival or call Park Dean Lizard in advance.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Really lovely accommodation, clean, had a great shower and was well equipped. Staff were friendly and well organised. Evening entertainment was good and the park was close to local attractions, it was great for our kids.

The chalet is in a lovely peaceful location (away from the busier areas of the park). The owners were responsive and helpful. The place is clean and has everything you need. It's located within the Park Dean resort so on the rainier days we were able to book activities in for the kids without having to buy a full week pass. We also had access to the pool on the park which was perfect.
