Great location and warm welcome. Perfect for walking the South West Coast Path. Great continental breakfast that worked well for all dietary requirements, including vegan. Easy walk to nearby restaurants.

Good location. Decent rooms sizes. Comfortable bed. Rooms were clean and tidy. Easy access and good communication from homeowner regarding checking in. Lovely range of breakfast items.

It was a great base for our Lizard coastal walks. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, teas, coffees and biscuits in the room and an excellent breakfast included in the price. The staff were very friendly and welcoming too.
