It is in the perfect location. Next to the central train station, in front of tram stop. Even though it liggers on a busy road, it was quiet in the room and there was no noise. The room was cozy, spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom so beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. The brightness in the room and bathroom was adjustable. The staff were so kind. The breakfast delicious! I am definitely staying there again when I come back to Helsinki.

GREAT OLD HOTEL TO STAY IN . RIGHT IN DOWNTOWN HELSINKI , THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT DUE TO THE AUS CURRENCY BEING WEAK MADE THE COST EXPENSIVE FOR US , THE BEDS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE , THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE WARM AT NIGHT EVEN AS IT WAS 5 DEGS OUTSIDE . A VERY NICE STAY .

My partner and I stayed at the NH Grand Hansa hotel in Helsinki for 2 nights. We arrived via train and the hotel couldn't have been in a better location. Just a 5 minute walk with our luggage. We had a very friendly welcome and first impressions of the hotel very good. Hotel room was lovely. Absolutely immaculate and a lovely relaxed colour palate. Breakfast was superb. The choice so diverse with lots of local dishes and great service too. We used the sauna area which was lovely and run with military precision by the spa staff. Overall, a really great luxury hotel in the heart of Helsinki which we would recommend to others.

I arrived very early in morning and was able to get a room , though I had difficulty to enter the main door as it was locked from outside . However my stay met all my expectation , great staff and room was very comfortable

High class over-night stay right at the city center. Everything was new, stylish and impeccably clean. The room was in good size, excellent bed and a lot of pillows to choose from. Only tiny con was that there were no shoehorn in the room. The staff was professional, though at times a tid bit formal at the check-in. Very friendly and helpful staff at a breakfast area. Be aware that the staff is mostly english spoken, so you'll get smoothest experience if you can speak it. The beakfast was overall very high quality made from fresh ingredients. I didn't visit the restaurant or spa area, so I can't say anything about them. The location is very centric, but the hotel being so new, not all taxi drivers knew the place and it has a bit challenging short time parking situation right at the front entrance. Overall I found my staying lovely, effortless and definitely meeting the standards of 5* with very reasonable price.

Excellent except there were 2 men came knocking on the door on the last night of our stay. We chose to ignore but had to answer the door due to their persistent knocking. They wanted to come in to turn the bed? Didnt highlight to the front desk as we thought it might be the usual practice but on second thought, why came only the last night of our stay?
