Staff will need to assist you in accessing the parking garage due to traffic restrictions.If you have booked a non-refundable rate with a Visa Electron card, please contact the hotel to arrange prepayment with another card.The property requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The property may also request a copy of passport to be sent by email before check-in. Guests are required to show photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms. The bathroom was exceptional in size and had great areas to place items. (sadly lacking in many other high end hotels). The bed was comfortable, room size good. Location excellent. Considering major refurbishment going on at the hotel there was not much noise or inconvienience. The staff very willing to help & please. Exceptional service from the front desk for booking a private boat tour ahead of our visit and car to take us to the airport and pick us up from a lunch restaurant. The included lounge access we had was enjoyed.

This hotel is absolutely first class. Lovely staff, superb well appointed comfortable, spacious clean room. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Absolutely brilliant…hope we can come back. Loved it.
