The hotel is conveniently located near the harbour and in a quiet place. It was easy to find; there is public parking nearby. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There are enough elevators, we never waited a long time. The room was as in the pictures. The bathroom was big and equipped with the necessary stuff. The bed was good as well. The outlook is great, directly to the ocean. The neighbourhood is lovely with a landscaped embankment. The standard breakfast, especially i liked Christams granola - was awesome! The temperature wise it was good, around 20 degrees.

The location was great, the breakfast delicious and the staff helpful. Generally the hotel felt like a vibrant place.
