It was a fine experience if you're just staying to save money. The place was cleaned but not manned. They sent you a clear message before arriving on how to manage which was really nice.

I assume that It was booking com's mistake that there was a double booking in my name as I never got a confirmation in the first place. I heard that that that happened to other people, too.

The location is close to the main train station and just a short walk from the city centre. The check in and check out process was smooth.

The location was good, close to everything needed. The bathrooms/showers were much better than I had expected considering the price of the stay. They had proper instructions for everything, so I didn't feel lost with anything during my stay.

The hostel is nice, but one of my bags got stolen in the staircase. 3 minutes (measured) were enough. If you don't leave anything unguarded, I think it's ok.

The staff was really good, the entire hostel was clean and maintained clean as well. Since i used the kitchen quite frequently, i had requested for a room near the kitchen and they provided me the same at the earliest and that too with a better room. I did not face any problem throughout the stay. Overall it was a very good stay. Thankyou.
