A Hidden Gem!! Stayed here for a couple of nights with my son. Has everything you could need. Makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere but yet only a 25min walk into Helmsley. Great communication from Laura before our stay! Really relaxing and had the best nights sleep! Will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful cottage..everything one could need for a short or long stay.wonderful hosts nothing was too much bother. Cottage heated prior to arrival which was excellent for my mum who us 92yrs old and feels the cold. Bedrooms warm and comfortable. Sunrise over the fields was stunning. Excellent location for visiting family in Bridlington. Would definitely recommend and look forward to a return stay

We have just returned from a short stay at Frankel cottage and it was absolutely wonderful. Home from home with everything you could possibly need available. The property is very warm and cosy and bed is very comfortable. Loads of gorgeous walks around, Helmsley is literally 15 minutes stroll where you will find lovely little pub to eat and drink. The walk to rievalux Abbey from Helmsley is a cracking walk with a coffee half way and a beer at the end. Cottage is so peaceful sunrise into the bedroom was perfect. Thanks to Laura who was a great host and on hand to answer questions. Thanks again we will return 😃
