Second time staying, will definitely come back every time I come to Iceland. The family that runs it is beyond lovely, they care a lot about their guests, and they have dedicated a lot of time to make this place a cozy and welcoming B&B.

- clean, spacious and comfortable bedroom and shower - pleasant smell of wood along the corridor - fully equipped kitchen which is rare, with all sort of utensils and condiments - friendly and helpful host - breakfast which is not included on the booking, but free homemade waffles, rhubard jam and coffee every morning in the common area, chit chatting with other guests and the hosts. - we were lucky to see aurora borealis one out of 2 nights stay, right outside in the yard and the car park. - perfect location to visit golden circle. We 100% would return and recommend Loa’s Nest!

Lovely breakfast with fresh made waffles in the morning by Ingi, Unnur and family. A large kitchen and a open pantry in the common area feel free to use. Common area serves 3-4 large tables for different groups to stay there. Cozy room with large bathroom. Highly recommend :)

Unnur and family are incredible. The waffles in the morning are delicious. We took a second night in our return trip from the east (we could not go to the North because of the weather) and we stayed again because the place is excepcional. We were Even able to see the northern lights.
