Location... 1/2 mile from town which was a 11 minute walk with plenty of shops in between. 2 min. walk to Dottie's breakfast.

The room was clean. AC worked well! They had breakfast(which we didn't eat because we couldn't get up in time) I think it consist of cereal and pancakes.
