It was very reliable . The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were very clean . The breakfast buffet was the cherry on top.

The location is great and the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the central station and 3 kms away from all toursit attractions. The hotel is clean and has nice facilites

I stayed in this hotel/hostel for more than 2 weeks sleeping in the dormitories. The last day I was sad to be leaving and I am sure I will return to say hello to some of the workers here since every one of them was really nice, always happy to help and very friendly. A special mention goes to Cosima, a super sweet Italian lady who made me feel at home when talking to her. If you come here you are in capable hands. The place is really clean, the rooms are just as they seem in the photos and the bathrooms are very nice. There is also a kitchen everybody can use that really comes in handy. You can also store your food in a fridge or freezer. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Heidelberg and especially those who what to stay in the city for quite a bit but are on a budget.
