We stayed here before and loved everything. The accommodation is clean and spacious, in a charming old building in the centre of the old part of town. It’s above Cafe Knösel with the best cakes in town and excellent breakfast and service.

The owner Mr. Bernd was very polite and helpful, throughout the stay. Location was 10/10 to roam around the old city, easy to get an Uber too. Noisy outside on weekends but the windows had good noise blocking. Mattress was too soft but I personally don't like soft beds, I would not blame the hotel for this as I usually prefer hard mattresses. Room was very spacious and bathroom was big. We did not use the kitchen but all the facilities were available. I personally felt the apartment was better than the photos!

the hotel was direct in the walking area from heidelberg. when you closed the windows it was not loud, also the other guest wasnt loud ehrn we was there. everything was in walking distance and close by . the breakfast was also very good everything enaugh and we could order always more
