Location couldn’t be better, right next to the main station and the tram stop, both of which very regular even through to the early hours and you’re able to get to the Hauptstrasse in under 10 mins. Staff are great, really welcoming. Complimentary tea and coffee available at the kitchen area close to the elevators to the rooms. Gym, laundry available for guests to use. The room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and very generous on the space, you could not fault the attention to detail, clearly have great staff dedicated to keeping guests happy! The wet room was a fantastic, unexpected bonus. I’m getting one installed after my stay here! Highly recommend, Heidelberg is a city you feel safe in with 10/10 facilities and transport mixed with all the history you crave from a European city break.

The room is big and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped and everything perfectly clean. Close to the station and tram give you the possibility to forget your car and reach the old center in few minutes.
