We spent New Year in this property and had a great time. It was cosy in the damp weather and we spent a lot of time in the kitchen/dining room which was great. Having the utility room was a bonus to store our extra food and bits. Dog friendly too another bonus. We visit Hayle often but are normally at the other end of town but this was a great location. The development was also really nice and quiet. Overall a lovely property with very responsive staff.

Me Jagroop & Family had a fantastic stay at Hinkley homes Hayle during my holiday. The place was not only nice, clean, and comfortable but also incredibly beautiful. Its convenient location provided easy access to all the necessary places I needed to visit. Moreover, the owner was extremely responsive, replying so quickly to any inquiry I had. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect holiday

The house really was immaculate! Brand new build in a great location right in the centre of Hayle, a short drive from St Ives. Even our 3 teenagers were impressed! The house had everything we needed for our short stay and was a great base for exploring Cornwall.
