Easy check in. Huge hotel. Location good. Bed very large as are the rooms.

The bed was comfortable, although a little squeaky. The bar area and staff were really nice and friendly. The disappointing thing was that we picked the location due to the leisure facilities, however the pool wasn’t available unless we paid £10 each. This wasn’t advised to us at any time during the booking and had it been I would have looked at other options. Very disappointing.
