Very clean and comfortable room and the man at reception was super friendly and made me feel so welcome. Little touches like the windscreen cleaning equipment at each room were so thoughtful. I frequently stay in Hay overnight when driving from Adelaide to NSW coast and this is the best motel stay so far, particularly considering value for money. Will definitely come again.

Location, staff, room size and amenities. Great bistro at the pub 2 doors down, reasonable prices big meals and great breakfast across the road at the bakery.

The owners were very welcoming, particularly since we arrived lateish. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and generally a very pleasant room. The owner advised us of a good place to eat - 20 paces down the road - and provided us with other helpful information. The rooms have obviously been recently renovated and are very attractive.

We had room 15, round the back so away from the street traffic. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Easy walk to the hotel for a nice dinner.
