I really liked the facility. Even though Hay is in the middle of nowhere, this spot is the perfect place to stay. It’s certainly better than a motor inn — really easy check-in and check-out, a clean and cozy apartment, with a fridge stocked for breakfast and complementary snacks. Great bonus that it’s pet-friendly! I generally don’t give high ratings easily as I’m a seasoned traveller, but this one truly surprised me. Hats off to Jack and Zoe for creating such a welcoming place.

Super clean and conveniently located! Prompt with replies. Furnitures were so comfy and it was honestly such a lovely and cosy stay! Probably the most stocked up fridge and pantry I have seen. Thank you so much for hosting us and for such a beautiful stay.
