The property was very clean apart from a couple of hairs on top of the cooker and the bath had some stainage almost like rust. I couldn't get in for nearly an hour as it clearly shows in the picture and tells you in the description of the details of your stay that the key box is in the front garden under the table. What they failed to mention was that there's a new box on the door frame. A neighbour spotted this one when they asked why ain't I going in, she told me that a lot of people struggle to get in because of the lack of communication. I believe that the owner should at least update this as cottages.com I think it was who answered my call have updated the location off the keys thanks to me. The owner of the property well he just ignored me and the cottage company who I got through to. I spent nearly an hour outside struggling with an old broken box and it was wet outside. I would stay again as it was more positives than negatives. I thought the basket on the table was a good idea too.
