Room had very high ceilings and had lots of space, didn't feel cramped like lots of other hotels. Both air conditioning and heating available. The little kitchenette had kettle, toaster and microwave so you could prepare simple meals. Very hot water in shower. Changed towels everyday. Supplied brand new iron on my request. Recommend this hotel, staff helpful and close to town.

Located on the main road so relatively easy to locate. A small grocery store adjacent to the accommodation allowed for quick and easy purchase of essential items. Accommodation surprisingly quiet for being a main road, ample parking, good shower. Close to town and an excellent restaurant directly across the road.

Friendly staff, good size rooms, nice bathrooms. Good shower. Unit was clean, tidy and comfortable. Handy convenience store / dairy onsite, doubling as reception.

We are looking to move and consequently have been in the area quite often. After the first stay we decided The Furlong would be our preferred accommodation. We can take the dog, with lovely grassy areas all around the motel complex.
